Offer | For each Payment Plan application: 1. submitted to and approved by Smart Ease between 6 January 2025 and 31 March 2025, and 2. funded by Smart Ease and equipment installed within 90 days of the application being approved. both the Customer and Sales Agent will receive cashback in the form of a digital Visa gift card. |

| 4. Who can enter? | Customers who submit a Payment Plan application via a Smart Ease portal (https://paymentplan.smartease.com.au/account/login) user (Sales Agent) affiliated with an Accredited Smart Ease Channel Partner that meets the conditions in 2. Offer are automatically eligible. |
| 5. Eligible equipment types |
Any energy-efficiency equipment type that Smart Ease currently offers funding for, including: solar system, solar battery, heat pump, EV chargers, refrigeration, voltage optimisation, power generation, power factor, chillers, boilers, HVAC, water heating & purification, LED & efficient lighting. |
| Limitations |
No cashback may be claimed in conjunction with any other Smart Ease offer, prize or incentive. Cashback is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. There will be no substitutions unless the original cashback Offer is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Smart Ease’s control. In the event of substitution, a cashback of equal value will be provided. Smart Ease reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Smart Ease portal user who has breached any of these terms and conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to undermine the fairness of the Offer. |
| Claiming the cashback |
Within four (4) weeks of an eligible Payment Plan being funded, the cashback will be emailed or posted to the Customer and Sales Agent at their principal place of business. Smart Ease takes no responsibility for any Prize being damaged, lost or stolen once it has been emailed or posted to the winner. |

2. Offer:
For each Payment Plan application:
1. submitted to and approved by Smart Ease between 28 October 2024 and 6 December 2024, and
2. installed on or before 1 April 2025

4. total deal value is AUD20,001 or more the Applicant will receive a cashback in the form of a Visa gift card.
3. Cashback:
- $250 Visa gift card for 2x decarbonisation equipment types in one Payment Plan application
- $500 Visa gift card for installing 3 or more decarbonisation equipment types in one Payment Plan application
4. Who can enter:
Applicants who submit a Payment Plan application via a Smart Ease portal (https://paymentplan.smartease.com.au/account/login) user affiliated with an Accredited Smart Ease Channel Partner that meets the conditions in 2. Offer are automatically eligible (“Applicant”)
5. Eligible equipment types:
Decarbonisation technologies designed and used to lower a user’s carbon emissions, including:
Solar panels; battery storage; EVs and EV chargers; voltage optimisation Power factor and generators; chillers and boilers; heating, ventilation and air conditioning; water heating and purification; heat pumps; energy-efficient lighting; energy-management systems.
Limitations:
