The Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program, administered and regulated by the Essential Services Commission, gives households and businesses discounts on a wide range of energy-efficient products. The program aims to cut energy bills and reduce long-term energy consumption. 

Every upgrade allows businesses under the Accredited Providers program to generate Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs).
